My belief is that when we consciously move and connect to our bodies through the daily practice of Intune Yoga, it allows us to be consciously aware of our thoughts and beliefs - mindfulness, we can acknowledge and process our feelings - heart centred awareness, and our sensations are magnified through our entire being - our soul.
This is why I have chosen to place the Intune Yoga Sequences into the categories of Body, Mind, Heart and Soul as the pillars of wellbeing.
Within each of these categories you are able to choose a sequence based on the outcome you are looking for, i.e. to improve your flexibility or strength, or you could focus on a particular area, such as legs, arms or core.
If it is an emotional connection you are seeking, then you could choose a sequence based around releasing anxiety or on cultivating gratitude.
